nojl Terms & Conditions

As used throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to one gender include all genders.

To register and maintain an active account on nojl, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during which you use the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum gambling age mandated by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) for casino-style games in the Philippines. This requirement is strictly enforced and non-negotiable. Proof of age is required before real-money gameplay and before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity — acting on your own behalf and for your own account only.
• You must not be physically located in, or accessing nojl from, a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or during any subsequent use of the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines and your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not already hold an existing nojl account under any email address or identity. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of nojl or any of its affiliated software providers.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or banned from nojl Casino and attempting to re-register in circumvention of that exclusion.

When registering an account on nojl, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not misrepresent your identity, age, address, or any other registration detail. nojl reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. nojl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify nojl support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

One Account Rule: Each natural person may hold only one registered account on nojl at any given time. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether intentional or arising from error — will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any balances in excess of total deposits being voided.

Account Verification (KYC): nojl may, at its discretion, require you to complete identity verification at any point, including but not limited to before processing withdrawals above ₱50,000, if unusual account activity is detected, or as part of routine compliance procedures. KYC typically requires submission of a valid government-issued identification document and a proof of address document. Accounts that fail to complete required KYC within 30 days of the request being made may be suspended pending resolution.

You must promptly update your account information whenever it changes. Maintaining outdated contact details — particularly your registered email address — may delay important communications including withdrawal confirmations, security alerts, and promotional notifications.

nojl accepts deposits made via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20, subject to availability. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (₱) unless the payment method denomination requires conversion, in which case the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction applies.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Processing time: GCash and Maya deposits are credited in real time upon receipt of a confirmed payment reference. Bank transfers may take up to two (2) hours during banking hours.
• nojl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment method used for deposit must match the name on your registered nojl account. Deposits from mismatched accounts will be returned and may prompt an enhanced KYC review.
• Deposits are made for the purpose of funding gaming activity at nojl. The platform is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on deposited balances.
• nojl reserves the right to impose individual deposit limits, decline specific payment methods, or request additional verification for unusually large deposits at its sole discretion.
• Any deposit made in connection with fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity will be voided, the funds returned to the extent legally possible, and the matter referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. nojl does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Processing time: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 10 minutes of approval during normal operational hours. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawals of ₱50,000 or above require completed KYC verification before processing. Players are encouraged to complete KYC proactively to avoid delays.
• nojl reserves the right to perform enhanced verification on any withdrawal request regardless of amount, particularly where account activity patterns are inconsistent with normal gaming behavior.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only Real Money Balance that is free of bonus wagering obligations is eligible for withdrawal.
• Where nojl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, it may suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraud will be confiscated and the relevant authorities notified.

nojl offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.

In the absence of promotion-specific terms specifying otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all nojl promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in a separate Bonus Balance. Real Money Balance is used first when placing wagers unless a specific bonus is activated.
• Standard wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be transferred to the Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) typically contribute 10% or less. Live casino games may contribute 0–10%. Specific contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• nojl reserves the right to decline any bonus application or withdraw a bonus from an account if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through multiple accounts, or in any manner designed to circumvent the intended purpose of the promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash equivalent unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• nojl may modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice where circumstances require it.

All games available at nojl Casino are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Each game is governed by its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail unless the game rule addresses a matter not covered herein.

• The outcome of all games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently tested and audited. nojl does not modify game outcomes in any manner.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term mathematical return of a game over a very large number of rounds. RTP is not a guarantee of individual session results.
• In the event of a technical fault, game interruption, or communication failure during a wager, nojl will resolve the matter in accordance with the software provider's stated policy. If a game round cannot be completed and the round result is indeterminate, the wager will be refunded.
• Winnings resulting from obvious software errors, display glitches, or where the game outcome is demonstrably the result of a malfunction are void and will not be paid. nojl will refund the wager amount in such cases.
• Maximum payout per single game round is subject to the limits set by individual providers. Where a winning exceeds the provider's stated maximum payout, the maximum payout applies regardless of the calculated win amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nojl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (including Real Money Balance and winnings), and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where warranted.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or on behalf of a third party.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to artificially interact with games or the platform.
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other abuse strategies (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting" in bad faith).
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure, security systems, or back-end services.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical mechanism to circumvent geographic restrictions in Restricted Jurisdictions.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on genuine gaming transactions.

nojl is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. Casino gaming — whether live baccarat, slots, bingo, or any other format — should be entertainment, not a financial strategy or a response to stress, financial difficulty, or emotional distress.

nojl provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account Settings panel at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit is effective immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. nojl will display a notification when the time limit is approaching and will log the player out automatically when it is reached.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary access restriction of 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, the account remains open and withdrawals can be processed, but no deposits or wagers can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have or may develop a gambling problem may request self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register. nojl will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion, including closing any subsequently opened accounts and forfeiting winnings from re-registered accounts.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the nojl platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or reproduction of any platform content.

Game software, graphics, and audio provided by third-party game studios remain the intellectual property of those respective studios. nojl's licence to display such content does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you communicate to nojl regarding the platform may be used by nojl freely and without obligation or compensation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nojl's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in the Player's Real Money Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

nojl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, force majeure events, or third-party system failures (including but not limited to GCash, Maya, or other payment processor outages).
• Loss of data, account information, or game session data caused by network interruptions or device failures on the Player's side.
• Decisions made by Players regarding wager amounts, game strategy, or account management.
• Unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to adequately secure their login credentials.
• Delayed or declined transactions by third-party payment processors beyond nojl's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits nojl's liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Closure by You: You may close your nojl account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure request, all pending wagers will be settled according to game outcomes, and any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 10 business days.

Closure by nojl: nojl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as listed in Section 8.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or fund freezing.
• Determination that the account was created or operated by a person under 21 years of age.
• Extended account inactivity — defined as no login and no wagering activity for a continuous period exceeding 24 months. Dormant accounts are subject to an administrative fee of ₱100 per calendar month after the inactivity threshold is reached, deducted from the Real Money Balance until the balance is zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before dormancy fees commence.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of nojl's services, including game outcomes, payments, or account decisions, please follow the procedure outlined below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Please provide your account username, a description of the issue, relevant dates and times, and any supporting reference numbers (e.g., transaction IDs or game round IDs). nojl will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide an initial response within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to a senior case handler by replying to the email thread with the subject line "Escalation Request." Escalated complaints will receive a final determination within 14 business days of the escalation request.
3. Step 3 — External Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved after completing the internal escalation process, you may pursue resolution through applicable consumer protection channels available in the Philippines. nojl will cooperate with any lawful inquiry or process from relevant Philippine regulatory bodies.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or third-party claims before completing the above internal dispute resolution procedure, except where such action is necessitated by an imminent statutory deadline that cannot be preserved otherwise.

nojl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations — nojl will notify registered Players by email to their registered address at least 14 days before the amendments take effect.

For non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of existing provisions, or additions of new payment method descriptions), changes may take effect immediately upon publication on this page, without prior email notification.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the nojl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any Real Money Balance.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

nojl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations, including the requirements of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) where applicable to the platform's operations.

Nothing in these Terms limits nojl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect the platform, its intellectual property, or its other Players from harm caused by a Player's breach of these Terms.
